GETTING STARTED & ACCOUNT SETUP

How do I place my order?

You can place an order from our Website, Mobile Apps or on our SkyKitchen Help Line Number 945-945-2020. You will not find our stores listed on Zomato, Swiggy or any other platform.

Do I need to register or create an account before making a purchase online?

Yes, it’s mandatory. You need to create your Account to place an order.

What do I require to create an account?

All you need is 1. Mobile Number and 2. Email ID / Facebook / Google account to sign-up and login.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver in the city of Bhubaneswar (Odisha) across popular localities like Patia, BDA Colony, Press Chowk, Acharya Vihar, Saheed Nagar, Nayapalli, Jaydev Vihar etc.

To check if your exact address is within our service range, please type in your locality (not your city but area) in the Delivering To field. You can even click on the Locate Me button to capture your Current Location. You can now view our store(s) near you. 

I am unable to view any store(s). 
In case you're unable to view any of our stores, it would mean that your address is out of our delivery range. We are continuously working to serve in more locations. 

I am unable to log in to my account.

Try the 'Forgot Password' option in the Sign In/Sign Up button. If you’re still not able to log in, please write to us at support@skykitchen.co.in from your registered email address. You can also call / WhatsApp us from your registered mobile number at 945-945-2020. 

I think I may have forgotten which email address I used!

If you can’t remember your email address, then you will need to create a new account. Don’t worry, it takes less than 30 seconds to create a new one!

How do I change my address?

Click on Account in the bottom right of the screen panel and then click on My Account. Click on Manage Address and you can Edit an already saved address. You can even add a new address by clicking on the + sign on the top right corner of the screen.

Can I order for a delivery to a different address?

Of course! You need to first add & save a new address by following the steps mentioned above in the previous answer. You can add and manage upto 10 addresses. 

I would like to see my previous orders.

Sign into your SkyKitchen account from the website or app. To view from the website, click on your name at the top right corner. Click on Orders. To view past orders from the app, click on Orders on the lower screen panel. You can view all the orders with different statuses like Placed, Completed and Expired. For any order related questions, you can contact customer care at support@skykitchen.co.in or call us at 945-945-2020.

How do I reset my password?

Click on this link to reset your password. You’ll get a confirmation email with a link to reset it. In case you’re still facing problems, contact us via email at support@skykitchen.co.in or call us at 945-945-2020.

I have a quality concern. What should I do?

From food production to delivery, we take stringent care at every step of the way to make sure that there are no quality concerns whatsoever. However, if you still feel that there’s a lapse in quality from our end, you can contact us at support@skykitchen.co.in or 945-945-2020

ORDERING & DELIVERY

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Deliver Now orders will be delivered within 60 minutes and Scheduled or Deliver Later orders will be delivered according to the time slot selected by you.

Please note stores may take longer if order volume qualifies as a large order. We will keep you posted, don't worry.

My mobile app is very slow or hanging.

Close all your open apps and restart your app again. If you’re still facing issues with your app, check your network for any connectivity issues. If the problem still persists, contact us via email at support@skykitchen.co.in or call us at 945-945-2020.

I am unable to locate myself on the mobile app.

I haven’t received my order confirmation email.

Your order confirmation e-mail is sent to the email address linked to your SkyKitchen account immediately upon placing your order.

If you do not receive it, please check the junk or spam folder in your email client.

If you still cannot locate the confirmation, you may log in and select Order History to view all of your orders.

I have not yet received my refund for online payment.

Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be returned to your bank account within 7 business days.

Go to Order History under your Account and check the status of your order. 

I received an incomplete order.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please contact our team at 945-945-2020. We’ll address your issue immediately.

I want to place a bulk order.

Excellent choice! Please call us right away 945-945-2020.

Can I edit my order once it is placed? Can I even cancel it?

Please review your order carefully before submission. In case you would like to rethink your purchase, please do so within the first 5 minutes of placing the order by calling us. Please note that orders once prepared cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment.

How can I track my order?

This convenience will be added to our service offerings soon. You can always call us on 945-945-2020.

Do you charge for the delivery?

A flat delivery charge of Rs.29 (including GST) is applicable on all orders.

I'm unable to apply a coupon code to my order.

Coupon codes are usually rule based, meaning you will have to meet all the requirements (like transaction value, order number etc.) in order to be eligible to apply coupon codes.

Can I apply multiple coupons on a single order?

No, you cannot club different coupons on a single order. Only one offer is applicable for a single order.

 How does the referral system work?

Share your referral code with your friends. When your friend completes their first order, both SkyKitchen accounts get credited with Rs.100 each.

Can I pick up my order from your nearest outlet?

No, we do not have outlets since all our stores are online. You can use our website or mobile app to place your order, and have us deliver it to your doorstep in 60 minutes or less.

PAYMENT RELATED

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments through all major credit & debit cards, wallets, cash on delivery and UPI on delivery is also possible. Please note, we do not support card payment on delivery. 

What happens in case of a payment failure?

In case of any payment failures and charges incurred, refund will be automatically routed through the vendor’s payment gateway back to your account.

Do you offer refunds?

Please note that orders once prepared cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment. Please review your order carefully before submission. 

Is there GST?

All our prices are exclusive of applicable Goods and Service Tax.
